We Know
the Road.
Fast Response Freight is a veteran-owned Amazon Freight Partner in Greenville, SC, built by an operator who's been in the driver's seat.
Built by Operators
Crystal Orr didn't start Fast Response Freight from behind a desk. She started it from behind the wheel.
After eight years in the United States Air Force, Crystal built a twenty-year career leading medical operations at UT Southwestern and Baylor Scott & White — environments where precision, compliance, and people management aren't optional. Before launching FRF, she served as Director of Operations at Onpoint Trucking, bringing military discipline and healthcare-grade operational rigor to freight logistics.
Crystal built FRF around a simple principle: the people who do the work deserve leaders who understand the work.

Crystal founded Fast Response Freight to build the kind of trucking company she'd want to work for — one where leadership is present, commitments are specific, and drivers are treated as professionals.
[Director Name]
Director of Operations

Our Values
Show Up
Leadership is present, visible, and accessible. You'll know who runs this company because we'll know your name first.
Say It Straight
We communicate with specifics, not slogans. If we post a pay rate, it's the real rate. We post the number because honesty is a policy, not a marketing angle.
Have Your Back
Loyalty runs both ways. W-2 with real benefits from day one. When something goes wrong on the road, the first call is to figure out how to help — not how to assign blame.
Earn It Daily
Standards are high because they have to be. Nobody coasts — not the drivers, not the dispatchers, not leadership. We built this with the same discipline we learned in uniform. Not the bureaucracy — the standard.
